Appointment set up quickly. The roof was inspected, and a solution proposed and discussed with me. A verbal quote was quickly obtained, agreed and work started immediately. I was kept informed of progress and shown images of the defective area. As part of the repair, we had agreed to future-proof the rest of the roof (which was included in the quote). The quote was a lot less than I had imagined it would be so I am obviously happy with it. Now I just want it to rain!
I called Primera roofing to come and repair my porch roof after a storm, they were an incredibly friendly team and came out immediately the next day to repair the roof, the quality of there work was exceptional. They took away any damaged tiles and were tidy workers. Very happy customers.
Primera are a very efficient outfit, from the affable and accomdating boss Mathew, always willing to discuss the work needed to be carried out and always willing to discuss compromises to the very helpful office staff, especially Dominique, who always kept us updated and well informed about when the work would be carried out and finished to the roofers themselves who always put in a long hard days graft.
Absolutely brilliant! Job was done efficiently and effectively even in this horrendous weather. Cannot recommend enough. My quote was done quickly but throughly by the lovely Dan, with work commencing just a week later. Great communication, made me feel very comfortable. Will 100% use again.
The guys turned up when they said they would. Unfortunately, I needed more work than planned- the guys took photographs of the problem to demonstrate the need. They were able to reconfigure their schedule and stay on to fix the problem. The guys were extremely tidy They took tiles out to the road to cut so my drive didn’t get dusty. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Excellent job. We’ll done

I cannot speak highly enough of Matthew Kay and his team at Primera Roofing. A rogue trader had done a day’s work on the roof, stripping the old slates and renewing the felt and batten. The weather was appalling over the following days, high winds and torrential rain. In spite of having been paid a huge sum of money up front he never returned. Matthew et al stepped in to save the day, providing a polite, competent and reliable team to start almost immediately. Swift, tidy, smart and perfect at the right price. Great communication too from Linda in the office. Your kindness won’t be forgotten.
