Appointment set up quickly. The roof was inspected, and a solution proposed and discussed with me. A verbal quote was quickly obtained, agreed and work started immediately. I was kept informed of progress and shown images of the defective area. As part of the repair, we had agreed to future-proof the rest of the roof (which was included in the quote). The quote was a lot less than I had imagined it would be so I am obviously happy with it. Now I just want it to rain!
